Age doesn’t progress it deepens.
Some things don’t fade; they refine.
What remains is not less, but clearer.
Still 35 is not an age; it’s a stance.
Hello beautiful people 🙂
This time of year, I return to myself. Late April… another birthday. And yes… once again, I am 35, maybe a little more.😊 At some point, age stops being a number. It becomes awareness. But I have to say this too.. there’s a phrase I keep seeing lately:
“Being fit after 40 is equivalent to owning a Ferrari.”
Honestly, not a bad goal. 🙂

Every birthday feels like an internal update. A personal software upgrade.
What did I learn?
What did I release?
Who stayed, and who left?
And yes… I’ve let many people go. Because I’ve learned something clearly: Energy is everything. And not every energy deserves to stay. Misalignment doesn’t just distract you; it reduces your ability to create.
Life is a long marathon. Some run beside you. Some just watch. But the most exhausting thing is this: Trying to adjust others to your pace. So I’ve learned:
Letting go is not weakness. It is precision.
As Einstein said:
“Everything is energy.”
And I add this: We assign meaning to that energy. A person who can manage their emotions can climb their own Everest. This isn’t self-help talk. It’s structural.
For years, I studied successful people. Looking for a formula. There isn’t one.
Instead, there is:
Discipline.
Curiosity.
Repetition.
And self-investment.
Today, I see people who don’t read, don’t research; yet want immediate results. Let me put it this way:
“They have 3 meters of fabric but expect a 30-meter gown.”
Yes, sometimes something extraordinary comes from very little. But that’s creativity. And creativity comes from within.
Dreams…
Sometimes what looks like gold is just leaves. Sometimes it truly becomes gold. But I’ve learned this:
Even one realized dream is worth them all.
There’s something else you notice when you arrive: Not everyone is still there. Some fall behind. Some choose different paths. This isn’t loss. It’s nature.
And then comes a deeper realization:
Some people are not deep. And that is not the ocean’s fault.
The moment you understand this, you stop taking many things personally. There is also another layer: Silent observers.
They don’t applaud.
But they watch.
They don’t support.
But they follow.
In today’s world, they exist digitally. Behind screens. You think they’re watching you. But what they’re really watching is: Their own reflection in your light. They get close. They begin to believe they are you. And when that illusion breaks, admiration turns into discomfort.
That’s why:
Protecting your energy is not optional. It’s essential.
In recent years, I’ve realized something clearly: Some “close” people were never truly close. And that realization is freeing. Because friendship is not visibility.
It’s care.
Keep shining. But do it for yourself. ✨
I will continue to shine. Those who are uncomfortable with light can step aside.

Every age has its own strength. The real question is not your age but how you arrived there. Looking back today, I embrace myself. And I know I will embrace this new age too. Because I live with gratitude. Maybe that’s the real secret.
Welcome, my new age.
Come with health, joy, peace, and more light.
And yes…let’s not forget success. 😇
