Time to Be Reborn

Lately, I’ve realized that I keep circling around the same emotions. Life seems to keep taking things away from me, leaving behind a long silence before offering something new. At first, I thought that silence was “loss,” but now I understand it was actually “rebirth.” Because sometimes, life simply has no other way to make us grow.

For a while now, I’ve noticed that everyone around me seems to be going through a change — a search of some kind. Some have started new jobs but still lack inner peace, while others continue to live in the shadow of old pain. We’re all living different stories, yet we share the same feeling: we no longer feel the way we once did.

And maybe that’s not such a bad thing…

Transformation sometimes comes like an earthquake — it turns your whole world upside down in a single day. But the emptiness that follows the destruction actually gives us space — a space to rebuild ourselves. So now, when something ends, I try not to ask, “Why me?” Instead, I try to understand. Because I’ve realized there’s no real end to any of it. Sometimes life throws a series of tests at you; other times, it teaches you to simply stop — to do nothing at all. And “stopping” is an action in itself: breathing, accepting, waiting patiently… These are the quiet sides of transformation.

In the past, whenever times got tough, I always felt the need to “do” something — to help people, to talk, to share something. I used to think that if I listened to someone’s pain, said the right words, or did something kind, everything would get better. But now I realize that sometimes, just carrying good energy is enough. Because whatever we hold inside, we spread around us.

A person who has peace within naturally shares that peace with others — even without realizing it.

But here’s the thing: no matter how hard you try, if the other person isn’t willing to change, nothing will change. Sometimes it’s not enough to talk about kindness or show beauty. If a person hasn’t awakened to their own awareness, nothing you say or do will make a difference. You can’t force anyone to be happy, and you can’t shine light on someone who isn’t ready to see it.

That’s why I no longer use the word “healing” for myself or for others. Because I’ve realized that no matter how kind your intentions are, you can’t heal everyone. You can’t make everyone happy either. Some people choose their own darkness, while others just aren’t ready to leave it. I’m simply trying to maintain my own balance now. It’s not so much about keeping my energy clean, but about not letting it get polluted.

Every morning, I learn to be a little simpler, to accept a little more, and to be a little more grateful. Maybe I don’t have big dreams like I used to, but what I wish for now feels more real — and more heartfelt.

I no longer look for happiness in grand things. I find it in a heartfelt conversation, a warm cup of coffee, or the stillness of a quiet evening.

And I know…

Each of us will be reborn in our own time, in our own way

Not from our ashes, but from our love.
