ArtTmodernmiami Gazete: Hello, can you tell us a little about yourself?
Aytan Salami: Hello, I am Astrologist Aytan Salami. My zodiac sign is Virgo, my Ascendant is Virgo, and my Moon sign is Sagittarius. I am a perfectionist, hard-working, determined, and positive person who loves to live life to the fullest due to my moon sign.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: Where do you live? Since when?
Aytan Salami: I was born in Baku Azerbaijan and received my education here. I have traveled to many countries because my moon sign is Sagittarius. I love traveling.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: Are you married?
Aytan Salami: Yes, I am married and the mother of three children.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: What is your profession?
Aytan Salami: My main profession is teaching English. I even earned my master’s degree, but my love and curiosity for Astrology drew me to this path. When I was introduced to astrology, I did a lot of research and received education from my dear teacher, Astrologer Öner Deser. I want to introduce astrology and convey the truth to people.
ArtTmodernmiami Gazete: You were one of the astrology writers of ArtTmodernmiami Gazete and you took a break? Would you like to share why with our readers?
Aytan Salami: Yes, I was genuinely enjoying this job. However, I dedicated much of my time to writing an astrology book. I wanted to finish and publish it to fulfill my greatest desire. This endeavor required significant time and effort, so I focused on the book for several months. That’s why I couldn’t continue my Horoscope column at ArtTmodernmiami.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: What is your book’s main subject? Could you tell us a little about it?
Aytan Salami: The name of my book is ‘I Learn Astrology’ in Turkish translation. This was the first astrology book in Azerbaijan. Because no one has written a book like this before. Truly, I was the first to do this. I feel proud because my South Moon is Leo. My book also includes my valuable teacher Öner Döşer’s kind thoughts and blessings. I am also lucky to have seen such support from a master astrologer.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: Where will it be available for sale? In what language was it written?
Aytan Salami: As the name of my book suggests, it is a book devoted to Astrology. There are many gaps in the field of Astrology in Azerbaijan. People think that Astrology consists of zodiac signs. In this book, I mentioned that Astrology is not just about signs, but also planets, asteroids, stars, angles, and houses. In this book, I tried to tell people that not only our Sun sign, but also our Mercury, Venus, and Mars are important and I explain what this means. Actually, I told people about the real science of Astrology. I hope I have realized one of my wishes, now I have a bigger wish, which is to open an astrology school in Azerbaijan and to teach people astrology correctly. I believe that I will tell you that this wish of mine has come true in one of our next interviews.
ArtTmodernmiami Newspaper: What are your goals?
Aytan Salami: Actually, I told people about the real science of Astrology. I hope I have realized one of my wishes. Now, I have a bigger wish; to open an astrology school in Azerbaijan and teach people astrology correctly. I believe that in one of our next interviews, I will tell you that this wish of mine has come true.
