Ama fark ettiniz mi? Kimse sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kilo vermekten s\u00f6z etmiyor. Kimse \u201ckaslar\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak kilo ver\u201d, \u201cv\u00fccuduna zarar verme\u201d demiyor. Sanki \u00f6nemli olan sadece tart\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fcnen say\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibi\u2026<br>Oysa ger\u00e7ek \u015fu: Kilo vermek sadece bir rakam oyunu de\u011fildir. V\u00fccudumuzun kas, su, ya\u011f ve kemiklerden olu\u015fan bir dengesi vard\u0131r. Bu dengeyi bozarsak, sadece kilo kaybederiz ama sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6d\u00fcn veririz.
