Belki bu sefer farkl\u0131 olur. Yeni y\u0131l hedefleri yap\u0131l\u0131r, daha d\u00fczenli, daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, daha sakin bir \u201cben\u201d hayal edilir. Ama yeni y\u0131l hedefleri i\u00e7in olu\u015fan motivasyon sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fey \u00e7o\u011fu zaman asl\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir duygudur: rahatlama. Bu insanlar\u0131n tembel olmas\u0131ndan de\u011fil, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatlar\u0131nda asl\u0131nda bir anlam\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni y\u0131l hedeflerini uygulamakta zorlanmam\u0131z\u0131n bir ba\u015fka nedeni de genelde birer emir gibi kurulmalar\u0131d\u0131r, birer soru gibi de\u011fil. \u201cDaha \u00fcretken olmal\u0131y\u0131m.\u201d \u201cDaha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeliyim.\u201d \u201cArt\u0131k hayat\u0131m\u0131 toparlamal\u0131y\u0131m.\u201d Bu hedefler anlamaya de\u011fil, kontrol etmeye odaklan\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman \u015fu soruyu sormazlar: Bu davran\u0131\u015flar neden var? Ne i\u015fe yar\u0131yorlar? Psikolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bir\u00e7ok davran\u0131\u015f asl\u0131nda stresle, duygularla ya da t\u00fckenmi\u015flikle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma yoludur. Yeni y\u0131l hedefleri bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6rmezden geldi\u011finde i\u00e7ten bir diren\u00e7 olu\u015fur. Zihin bu hedefleri destekleyici de\u011fil, bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 olarak alg\u0131lar. Zamanla bu bask\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131nmaya, su\u00e7luluk hissine ve asl\u0131nda hi\u00e7 ger\u00e7ek hayata g\u00f6re tasarlanmam\u0131\u015f bir \u015feyde ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oluyormu\u015f hissine yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki ya sorun motivasyon eksikli\u011fi de\u011fil de fazla kat\u0131 olmam\u0131zsa? \u0130\u015fte \u201csoft goals\u201d, yani daha yumu\u015fak hedefler burada devreye giriyor. Bu hedefler net sonu\u00e7lara de\u011fil, deneyime, hayatta y\u00f6n bulmaya ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na odaklan\u0131r. Dalgalanmalara, aksamalara ve hatalara alan tan\u0131r. M\u00fckemmel olmay\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmaz ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 davet eder. Mesela \u015f\u00f6yle hedefler olabilir: bedenimi iyi hissettiren \u015fekilde hareket ettirmek, sadece daha \u00fcretken de\u011fil daha dinlenmi\u015f hissetmek, strese daha \u015fefkatli yakla\u015fmak, beni kontrol eden de\u011fil destekleyen rutinler kurmak. Psikolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan soft goals, i\u00e7 bask\u0131y\u0131 azalt\u0131r ve s\u00fcreklili\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131r. Oda\u011f\u0131 \u015fu sorudan al\u0131r: \u201cNas\u0131l biri olmal\u0131y\u0131m?\u201d yerine \u201cNas\u0131l hissetmek istiyorum?\u201d. Yeni y\u0131l bizi ba\u015ftan yaratmam\u0131z\u0131 istemez. Geli\u015fim her zaman b\u00fcy\u00fck bir reset gerektirmez. Bazen en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7, beklentileri y\u00fckseltmek de\u011fil yumu\u015fatmakt\u0131r. Kendimizi zorlamak yerine anlamay\u0131 se\u00e7mektir. \u0130lerlemek i\u00e7in s\u0131f\u0131rdan ba\u015flamam\u0131z gerekmez.
