Omuzlar\u0131m\u0131z gerilir, kal\u00e7alar\u0131m\u0131z sertle\u015fir, nefes fark etmeden daral\u0131r. Bunun nedenini asl\u0131nda y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde, pratik yapt\u0131k\u00e7a ve bedenimi dinlemeyi \u00f6\u011frendik\u00e7e daha iyi anlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Me\u011fer beden, o an zihnimle fark edemedi\u011fim duygular\u0131 \u00e7oktan g\u00f6r\u00fcp sakl\u0131yormu\u015f. Diyafram\u0131n bu kadar etkilenmesi bo\u015funa de\u011fil; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc nefes, bedenin ve duygular\u0131n tam ortas\u0131nda duran bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc gibi. Ne kadar bilin\u00e7li nefes al\u0131rsam, o kadar y\u00fcklerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hissediyorum. Bu y\u00fczden nefes benim i\u00e7in art\u0131k sadece bir ya\u015fam fonksiyonu de\u011fil; duygular\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6rmemi sa\u011flayan en temel ara\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yogada bu hat\u0131rlama s\u00fcreci daha da belirginle\u015fiyor. Bazen bu bir rahatlama, bazen bir h\u00fcz\u00fcn, bazen de tarif edemedi\u011fim bir bo\u015falma duygusu oluyor.
