Diyetisyen Esra TOKTAY<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ketojenik Diyet (KD) ilk olarak 1921\u2019de Russel Wilder taraf\u0131ndan pediatrik epilepsi tedavisinde kullan\u0131lan, y\u00fcksek ya\u011f, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonhidrat, yeterli protein ve enerji i\u00e7eren bir beslenme t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Diyetin makronutrient \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ya\u011f, protein ve karbonhidrat i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla yakla\u015f\u0131k; %70, %25 ve % 5\u2019 tir. Bu beslenme t\u00fcr\u00fcnde v\u00fccut enerji elde etmek i\u00e7in glikoz yerine ya\u011flar\u0131 kullanmaktad\u0131r.
