Depresyon ki\u015finin \u00fcretkenli\u011finden, sosyal hayat\u0131na kadar her alanda etkili olur ve fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkiler. Depresyon planl\u0131 olmayan bir \u015fekilde v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa veya azalmaya sebep olabilir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda beslenme ile psikiyatrik bozukluklar aras\u0131ndaki en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ili\u015fki depresyon riskinde bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depresyonla obezite aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 bir etkile\u015fim s\u00f6z konusudur. Obezitenin, klinik olarak tan\u0131 konulan depresyon riskini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve depresyonun da obezitenin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in etken oldu\u011fu yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle depresyona yatk\u0131n olan ki\u015filerin beden kitle indeksi ve bel \u00e7evresi de\u011ferleri depresyona yatk\u0131n olmayanlara g\u00f6re daha fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle rafine \u015feker i\u00e7eren, i\u015flenmi\u015f, k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131, y\u00fcksek ya\u011fl\u0131, hamurlu g\u0131dalar\u0131n, fazla miktarda t\u00fcketimi depresyon riskini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131; \u00f6te yandan&nbsp;<em>Japon diyeti<\/em>&nbsp;(meyve, soya \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, sebzeler, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay) veya&nbsp;<em>Akdeniz diyeti<\/em>&nbsp;ya da y\u00fcksek miktarda zeytinya\u011f\u0131, bal\u0131k, meyve, sebze, kuruyemi\u015f, baklagiller, k\u00fcmes hayvanlar\u0131, s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, i\u015flenmemi\u015f et i\u00e7eren di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 diyetler gibi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 besinler depresyon riskiyle ters orant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psikiyatrik bozukluklar\u0131 olan hastalar\u0131n serum folik asit d\u00fczeylerinin incelendi\u011fi 20 farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 psikiyatrik olgular\u0131n 1\/3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck veya yetersiz folat seviyelerine sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. EPA ve DHA olarak bildi\u011fimiz n-3 ya\u011f asitleri sinir h\u00fccresi zar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir eleman\u0131d\u0131r. Yetersizli\u011fi h\u00fccre zar\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikliklere neden olur ve serotonin sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na ve h\u00fccre i\u00e7ine al\u0131m\u0131na olumsuz etki eder. Magnezyum ve \u00e7inkonun antidepresan kullanan bireylerde takviye olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n antidepresan etkisini destekledi\u011fi belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depresyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda besin al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131, fiziksel hareketsizlik ve antidepresanlar nedeniyle konstipasyon olu\u015fabilir.
