Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hayatta, bireysel ve kolektif kimliklerimiz olu\u015fur. Bununla beraber bu zorlay\u0131c\u0131 psikoloji ile insanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm de\u011ferlerinden bir anda vazge\u00e7ip, \u00f6tekinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131na b\u00fcr\u00fcnmesi de zay\u0131f bir tutumdur ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ama &nbsp;\u201c\u00d6tekile\u015ftirilmek\u201d kavram\u0131 ile ya\u015famak da insan olarak hepimizi bo\u011fan bir konudur \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131tlar. K\u0131s\u0131tlanmak ise bizi de\u011fersizle\u015ftiren bir \u015feydir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmenin d\u00fcnya tarihi boyunca y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r, pek \u00e7ok konuda ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve asl\u0131nda \u00f6nce ki\u015fiyi baz alarak psikolojik zararlar verdi\u011fini ve ki\u015filerin, toplumun en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan \u2018aile \u2018 yap\u0131s\u0131na zarar verdi\u011fini, toplumu olu\u015fturan\u0131n da aileler oldu\u011funu ifade edersek; \u00f6ncelikle;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bireysel psikolojimiz \u00f6nemlidir. Do\u011fru ebeveyn tutumlar\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131y\u0131z ki yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz \u00e7ocuk da toplumda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 psikolojiye sahip olsun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle beraber, medya ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden de \u00f6tekile\u015ftirme ya\u015fatmak \u00e7ok yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. \u00dcstelik insanlar y\u00fcz y\u00fcze bir ileti\u015fim olmamas\u0131 sebebiyle,&nbsp; sahip olduklar\u0131 ideoloji \u00fczerinden aral\u0131ks\u0131z, daha incitici, yarg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 iletiler g\u00f6nderebilmektedirler. Bu bir t\u00fcr medya zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmakta ve insani y\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze zarar vermektedir. Kendimize ait olan ki\u015fisel medya arac\u0131m\u0131zda, payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, zihinsel olmakla beraber duygusal s\u00fczge\u00e7lerden de ge\u00e7irmemiz gerekmektedir. Sa\u011fduyu ve empati ile yakla\u015fmak do\u011fru tutum olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu toplumlarda bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fiz; k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginliklere odaklanaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcven vermeyi ve g\u00fcven duymay\u0131 tekrar \u00f6\u011frenece\u011fiz.
