Hello, dear friends! Greetings from a stunning autumn day. Time has flown so quickly, and we’ve already wrapped up another month. Here we are, together again, and I’m just as excited as ever. This month, we’re heading to Mexico—or more specifically, the city of Oaxaca.
When you think of Mexico, maybe the first things that come to mind are tequila, cacti, spicy sauces, tacos, safety concerns, Frida Kahlo, or Cancun. But hold on—no, it’s not just that! Why, you ask? Let me tell you.I’m not sure if it’s because I was born in this month or because I’m drawn to autumn’s melancholy, but November holds a special...

Your gaze was tiny,
your arms even smaller,
yet you held on tight.
I couldn’t let go—
"I don’t want to," you whispered.
"I love you so much."
But now, you must go.
The hour has slipped away.
Your bus will be here soon.
Tonight, we will hold each other again,
nestled under the blankets,
reading stories,
drifting into dreams—
until morning finds us once more.
In the hush of sleep,
we awaken to birdsong,
a melody woven into dawn.
A thousand miracles fill this world,
but I was given the two most precious.
And every day,
I give thanks to God.

Minikti bakışların,
Küçücüktün sarıldın.
Bırakamadım ellerini,
Bırakmak istemiyorum dedin.
Seni çok seviyorum.
Gitmelisin artık,
Saat geç oldu.
Servisin geliyor az sonra,
Akşama yine sarılacağız.
Yorganın altında,
Kitap okuyacağız,
Beraber uyuyacağız,
Ve yine sabah olacak.

We know many people in our lives who have overcome significant challenges and difficulties, emerging as heroes of their journeys. I like to call them "heroes of their mountains," and I want to write a bit about them and how we can be like them. We've all come across stories of individuals who have experienced profound traumas, such as war prisoners enduring the hardships of war, people with physical disabilities, whether from birth or acquired later in life, those who have battled diseases like cancer, or those who have faced significant personal losses. These stories serve as major sources of trauma.
We hear these stories, and sometimes...

It was the 2001 new year I flew back from Canada to Turkey for Christmas break and we as a tradition of my family, we decided to celebrate the New Year in London. You see we are a very secular family therefore we didn’t celebrate any of the holidays most families did around us. Most of them were like obligations of fake family dinners where everybody smiled at each other’s faces but talked behind their back. I did have a very fake family; I think that is another story for another day.
Today it is all about how I ended up in London and what is next.

, Awareness, and Healing: The Language of a Table
Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper represents more than a sacred scene; it reveals the fragile balance of human relationships. Trust, betrayal, realization, and acceptance exist side by side.
This essay transforms that long table into life itself, inviting the reader to step inside the painting and take their own seat. Because every life is a table and how we choose to sit determines the course of the story.

A man
And a woman
In bed,
Sleeping...
In separate cities,
In different worlds.
And one day,
Those worlds unite...
Days never end,
And loneliness no longer falls
Into the nights...
I realized that melancholy poems
Are what made me this way:
Sad poems...
Let the nightmares that strike at midnight
End and go away!
I should have a beautiful dream tonight:
From the sleep I entered alone,
I should wake up with love!
This is what my heart desires,
May the Creator hear!
May my love never bring me down from above the clouds.
May the promises made never be erased.
So that they descend from the sky like a revelation!
May lips always be sealed with love,
May apologies be made without pride in love,
And may the sins for...
